Delegate IT Partners with Proforma in Australia
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (May 6, 2002) — Proforma

with Delegate IT, a provider of business consulting services in Australia,
to distribute the Proforma ProVision software to customers in the Asia
Pacific Region.
The agreement covers Proforma’s flagship product—ProVision—a powerful,
integrated enterprise-modeling and simulation tool that enables enterprises
to visualize and expand their business strategy and processes into business
solutions.
