Andersen selects ProVision Workbench
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (March 26,
2001) —Proforma Corporation, a leading provider of Business Process Modeling
solutions, announced today an agreement to incorporate Proforma’s ProVision
Workbench™ as part of Andersen’s ProAActiveSM Solutions to deliver optimum
industry-based business process solutions to clients worldwide. Andersen’s
ProAActive Solutions are fully integrated web-based solutions with
implementation and industry-based benchmarking capabilities, specifically
designed for J.D. Edwards’ OneWorld™ software.
Proforma recently reached a similar agreement with J.D. Edwards, a leading
supplier of collaborative commerce solutions, to license a version of
ProVision Workbench as part of OneWorld.
“ProAActive Solutions empower our clients to gain greater insight into their
business processes and therefore strengthen their entire organizations,”
said Steve Rider, an Andersen partner. “By incorporating ProVision Workbench
in our ProAActive Solutions, we are able to develop industry-based business
process improvement solutions that are integrated with those from J.D.
Edwards.”
“The Proforma/Andersen relationship provides Andersen clients the ability to
visualize how their business processes work and how they can be implemented
quickly in J.D. Edwards’ OneWorld,” said Ron Pellegrino, president of
Proforma. “The combination of ProVision and ProAActive Solutions will
provide Andersen’s clients with needed business process modeling and
implementation capabilities.”
