PVW 3.1 is the only tool that seamlessly integrates the Workflow, Use Case and Object Modelers to provide organizations with a highly effective way to understand and represent both business and system requirements.

Business analysts and developers will soon realize the synergy created by combining the Workflow, Use Case and Object modelers. The Workflow Modeler is used to understand and document business processes in a format that is intuitive to the business community. The individual activities of a business process contained in a workflow model can be detailed with the Use Case Modeler. The Use Case Modeler relates the individual user/system interfaces required to accomplish each business activity. Developers familiar with Use Case modeling will see the advantages of organizing multiple use cases within the structure of a business process. In addition, each use case can be verified within the context of a business process. The Object Modeler documents the data and behavior of the use cases and is then used to generate relational tables and user dialogues. This integration of these modelers provides a seamless, continuous approach for defining business and system requirements for application development.
